Shipping policy
Depending on where our products are despatched from we offer different delivery options and costs. We've tried to add more information on the product pages themselves so that you have a better idea of the options to you depending on the product most relevant to you.
If you have any queries, we recommend you add the products you would like to purchase into your basket and go through the checkout until you reach the delivery options step. Here you you will see the total cost and delivery options available.

DIRECT FROM OUR PARTNER ITEMS
Some of our items are sent direct from our partners due to shipping weight - it also saves on emissions from items coming to our warehouse and then out to you!
We try to add product specific delivery pricing to all of our products, so please check the product for more information. Alternatively, please add the products to the basket and go through the checkout process to see the delivery costs available to you based on your order.

Note: Most of our direct delivery partner brands do dispatch the same day if the product is in stock, when the order is placed at Hope & Despair Ltd but please be aware that dispatch times may vary from our suppliers. Orders placed before 2pm Mon - Fri will be sent off to our suppliers the same day. If you would like an estimate delivery please email hi@hopeanddespair.co.uk. If you order a direct delivery partner item along with items from Hope & Despair your postage charge will be combined as they are sent from separate warehouses.

Note: All international deliveries may be subject to custom & duties charges upon delivery. Please note you are responsible for any customs & duties charges that relate to your shipment if they apply.
